Fairview Training Center, LLC is located in Northern Virginia, 25 minutes West of Middleburg near the historic village of Millwood in Clarke County. It is very convenient to Interstates 66 and 81. The area is home to the Blue Ridge Hunt and many historic Virginia estates with beautiful views of the Shenandoah Mountains. Upperville, Virginia is only 10 minutes away, Winchester is 15 minutes, the Washington, DC Beltway is 55 minutes. There is a very large, active horse community in this region of Virginia. Morven Park (Leesburg) is 40 minutes.

Fairview Training Center, LLC consists of 37 acres. The 6-stall barn
was totally rebuilt in 2009 with hot/cold wash stall, large heated tack room, heated half bath. Stalls have rubber mats, as does the center aisle. Each stall has an automatic Nelson waterer and at least one window.

The 90x200 covered dressage arena was built in 2009. The footing is Terra 2000, a state-of-the-art dust-free footing created by Attwood Equestrian Surfaces. The owner is considering installing mirrors and a sound system in the arena for musical freestyles. There are nine large paddocks, a round pen, and trails on and off the property.
